If you are behind a network firewall, you can ask the Administrator or IT manager to whitelist the following domains and add them to their websocket whitelist:
*.bitpaper.io
*.s3.amazonaws.com
*.tokbox.com
*.herokuapp.com
If they don't want to whitelist all domains under *.s3.amazonaws.com you can only specifically whitelist: https://bitpaper.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/*
