The text tool
The text tool can be used to insert a text box that allows you type out a message. The text tool is accessed by pressing 7 or by clicking on the T:

The options offered allow you to:
Insert symbols
Change the font size
Save the changes and move the cursor away from the text box
At the time of writing, different fonts are not supported; however, this feature is part of our plans.
After completing the changes, the text box has to be selected with the select tool, 4:
This offers the same options as any other image or object, in addition to allowing the font size to be changed or text to be edited.
Alternatively, double-clicking the text with the select tool will allow the text to be edited straight away.
Please note: the colour set in the colour palette is the colour used for the text of the text box. At the current time of writing, it is not possible to edit this after the text box has been placed, so it should be changed prior to activating the text tool.
